BLOODBATH 2011 FALL “FALLEN NIGHT” COLLECTION

"For the Fall 2011 season, Bloodbath takes the unconventional concept of presenting its collection by creating a manga-inspired lookbook. Highlighting a series of black and white visuals that result in a “dark mixture of photo-realism and rugged comic art,” the streetwear outfit has enlisted Rome One for photography with illustrator Andrew Huerta to provide the illustrations. Presenting a range of logo tees and other staples, the “Fallen Night” collection is now available at Bloodbath’s online shop.hypebeast

"When I received an email from Patrick (Bloodbath) stating this was “not normal” I immediately clicked the download link. When it comes to presenting lookbooks/collections of a different kind, you have to find innovative ways to capture your audiences attention, they’ve done just that! Bloodbath has taken an artistic approach for the unveiling of their Fall 2011 season. A balance of photography and illustration takes us back to hours of our youth spent with noses buried in comic books. Straying away from the norm, this project provides glimpses of an imaginary world that knows no limits. It’s a story about painful struggles for power, with neither a beginning nor an end. Props to illustrator Andrew Huerta and photographer Rome One for the dope imagery." - C'est La Vie
Each piece of clothing worn by the character is from Bloodbath’s Fall 2011 Collection available now.
